After the first monsoon, Jeff decided to take a closer look using an infrared camera to check for any signs of water intrusion.
What he discovered was surprising. Eleven roof leaks throughout the home.
From the outside, everything appeared flawless. Inside, water had already begun affecting multiple areas, completely hidden behind a fresh renovation.
That moment changed everything.
